A kitten shown on the website may become reserved, retained by Nord Velet, unavailable, or otherwise removed from consideration at any time.

Nord Velet reserves the right to determine which kittens are made available for placement and which kittens are retained for our breeding program or other purposes.

3. Kitten Applications

Prospective homes may be asked to complete a kitten application.

Submission of an application does not create a contract and does not obligate Nord Velet to offer, reserve, or sell a kitten to the applicant.

Nord Velet reserves the right to approve or decline an application at our discretion when determining what we believe is an appropriate home for one of our kittens.

Applicants are expected to provide accurate and truthful information.

Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or materially inaccurate information may result in an application being declined or a placement being canceled where permitted by an applicable agreement.

4. No Offer or Guarantee of Sale

Nothing displayed on nordvelet.com constitutes a legally binding offer to sell a kitten.

Photographs, descriptions, pricing information, availability notices, and other website content are provided for informational purposes unless specifically incorporated into a separate written agreement between Nord Velet and a purchaser.

No kitten is considered reserved or sold solely because of a website inquiry, application, verbal discussion, social media conversation, or other informal communication.

Any reservation or purchase is governed by the applicable written agreement provided by Nord Velet.

5. Photographs and Kitten Development
